Role and Responsibilities
The HR Coordinator supports the Human Resources department by performing a variety of administrative and technical duties. This role plays a key part in ensuring accuracy and efficiency in data management, benefits administration, and reporting, while also assisting with recruiting and employee support activities

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Administer and maintain employee data within our HRIS and other HR systems.
Perform accurate and timely data entry, updates, and audits of employee information.
Ensure personnel records are complete, compliant, and up to date.
Administer benefit programs including enrollments, changes, and terminations.
Perform monthly benefit reconciliations and assist with billing accuracy.
Assist with 401(k) plan administration and employee contribution updates.
Respond to benefit-related employee inquiries with professionalism and confidentiality.
Assist with posting jobs, reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating candidate communication.
Complete employment verifications and respond to unemployment claims in a timely and accurate manner.
Prepare and assist with EEO reporting and other compliance documentation as needed.
Process employee personal information updates, such as address changes, dependent updates, and name changes.
Assist with employee investigations while maintaining employee confidentiality.
Provide general administrative support to the HR team and help ensure consistent application of company policies and procedures.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent organizational and data management skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and Outlook).
Strong communication and confidentiality skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Strong customer service mindset with the ability to support both office and field employees.
Working knowledge of HR Compliance and Federal/State Regulations
Work Environment
Must be able to work in high pressure situations.
Must be able to sit at a desk for 40+ hours a week
Occasional travel to Modern office or jobsite locations

Qualifications and Education Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
0-2 Years of Human Resources experience
