Role and Responsibilities:
The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle for all positions across the organization. This role partners closely with hiring managers to attract, identify, and hire top talent while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will lead sourcing, interviewing, offer management, and pre-employment activities while supporting a seamless transition into onboarding.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
· Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for all positions across the organization, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and offer processes.
· Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide guidance throughout the hiring process.
· Create and post job advertisements, source candidates through various channels, and build talent pipelines for current and future workforce needs.
· Conduct candidate screenings and interviews, coordinate interview schedules, and maintain regular communication with candidates and hiring teams.
· Facilitate pre-employment activities, including background checks, reference checks, and offer administration.
· Ensure a positive candidate experience and serve as the primary point of contact throughout the recruitment process.
· Track recruiting metrics and provide insights to improve recruiting effectiveness, efficiency, and candidate quality.
· Promote the organization's employer brand through community partnerships, networking events, job fairs, social media, and other recruitment initiatives.
· Ensure recruitment activities comply with all applicable employment laws, regulations, and company policies.
· Coordinate pre-boarding activities and partner with HR and Learning & Development teams to support a smooth transition from candidate to employee.
· Participate in onboarding and orientation activities as needed and contribute to continuous improvement of recruiting and onboarding processes.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
· Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
· Knowledge of employment laws and recruiting best practices.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Strong organizational and time management abilities.
· Ability to build effective working relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and Outlook).
· Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Work Environment:
· Ability to sit, stand, and use a computer for extended periods.
· Occasional travel may be required for recruiting events, job fairs, and community outreach activities

Qualifications and Education Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred.
· 2-5 years of recruiting, talent acquisition, or human resources experience preferred.
· Previous recruiting experience within the construction industry is preferred.
· Experience managing full-cycle recruiting across multiple job levels.
