MAINTENANCE AND SERVICE OPTIONS
Maintenance Agreements – Most emergency service calls can be avoided through the use of a maintenance agreement. The old saying “an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure” certainly applies to the HVAC/R industry. A proven cost- effective manner to preserve and extend the life of your mechanical system is an HVAC/R Maintenance Agreement. These affordable programs provide a proactive schedule of preventative maintenance that involves regular inspections of your mechanical system to ensure operational efficiency, identify potential causes for system failures, and handle normal system maintenance such as air filters and lubrication.
On-Demand Service Calls – Upon your request we dispatch a technician to your facility as soon as possible. We stock a wide variety of replacement parts and can often fix the problem in one trip or, at a minimum, the same day. Often times we discover faults with mechanical systems that could have been prevented through preventive maintenance, which is why we encourage the Maintenance Agreement approach.
Emergency Service – There are times when equipment fails. It seems to happen on either the coldest or hottest days of the year, which can create an emergency situation. We always have service technicians on call to respond to emergency service calls.
